Get ready for big trucks, big fun, and plenty of honking!
The popular Touch-A-Truck event returns September 26, 2026, giving children and families the chance to get an up-close look at some of the biggest and coolest vehicles around.
Kids can climb aboard, sit in the driver’s seat, honk horns, check out the lights, and meet the people who operate these amazing machines every day. Past events have featured everything from dump trucks, cranes, and excavators to fire trucks, police vehicles, bucket trucks, buses, tractor-trailers, and more.
And Touch-A-Truck is about so much more than trucks! Families can enjoy a fun-filled day packed with activities, games, face painting, prizes, and plenty of opportunities for kids to learn, explore, and discover exciting future career possibilities. Best of all, FREE lunch and ice cream will be provided for all children and adults!
The event has become a favorite Greene County tradition, previously attracting close to 2,000 people and hundreds of children.
Most importantly, Touch-A-Truck brings businesses, organizations, volunteers, and families together for one big day centered around our community’s kids.
