2020 Christmas Festivities

The holidays have arrived! And the best way to get into the Christmas spirit in Greene County is to celebrate with the annual Christmas parade, held by the Greene County Chamber of Commerce on December 5 at the Greene County Fairgrounds. The execution of the parade was underwritten by First Energy Foundation and without their support, this event would not have happened.

225 vehicles traveled along the parade route to view the 30 displays representing various schools, churches, civic organizations, and businesses from all over the county. The Grand Marshall of the parade was the 2020 Miss Rain Day, Alison Blair. A special holiday broadcast was provided by WANB and Doug Wilson, and spectators listened to a live band from Crosspoint church.
