Stuff the Bus

Stuff the Bus is a community-wide effort to provide school supplies and backpacks needed for students to succeed. Now in its 16th year, Greene County United Way’s annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive provides basic materials to students in need so they can begin the year ready to learn. Stuff the Bus collects donated items, which are then sorted, packed in backpacks, and will be available to students grades Kindergarden through 12th for the start of the school. More than 665 Greene County County students received backpacks prepared by United Way volunteers in 2017.

Registration begins on July 1. Dial 2-1-1 to register and you must be registered to participate.
