Idlewild & Atlantic City Boys

You don’t have to travel far to enjoy the sounds of the Dynamic “Atlantic City Boys,” America’s singing group who will deliver to you the nostalgic sounds of NEW JERSEY along THE BOARDWALK!
Begin with a trip down “Memory Lane” bringing to you memories of the Atlantic City Boardwalk at the Historic Idlewild
Park. Although there is no ocean, the park brings to you some similarities, such as Boardwalk, Food and Amusement Rides. Upon arrival at the Park in Ligonier, you and your group will have a Private Covered Cabana area to relax. Enjoy the included rides such as the Merry-Go-Round, the centerpiece of the Olde Idlewild theme area since 1931, one of the last Carousels built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company in the 1920’s. Other included rides of interest is the Ferris Wheel, where from the top of this ageless wheel, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Laurel Highlands or take a ride on the Loyalhanna Limited Railroad, a peaceful ride along the Loyalhanna Creek through shady woods. There are other rides available for you with no age limits. Following your ageless child adventures, return to the Pavilion for a Picnic Cookout Buffet, just like the “GoodOl’Days!” Savor such items as Grilled Hotdogs, Burgers with all the Fixins’, Fried Chicken, Baked Beans, assorted Salads and Fruit and more with Beverages, including Coffee. Ice Cream has always been a feature along the Atlantic City Boardwalk; therefore, end your visit you with a Sundae Bar with delicious Toppings.
Depart with memories of years gone and enter the Palace Theater in Greensburg for another nostalgic adventure. Experience on stage, America’s hottest new Vocal Group, “The Atlantic City Boys,” who will deliver to you those great harmonies of your Old- Time Favorites! They invite you for a stage performance at the Palace Theater to enjoy the music of The Four Seasons, The Drifters, The Beach Boys and more. Their harmonies will bring you such songs as “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Sherry,” Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” Good Vibrations,” “California Girls,” “My Girl,” “I Wish It Would Rain,” and more. They will deliver an electrifying show with their unique blend of tight harmonies and slick dance moves to your favorite songs including some Motown and Old-Time Rock ‘n’ Roll hits.
