28th Mason-Dixon Ramp Festival

28TH Annual Mason-Dixon Ramp Festival April 28 & 29, 10 AM till 5 PM. Free admission to festival. Music, contact Rich Lash 304-798-3596.
Vendors and events: Open air church service Sunday 9 AM with Pastor Wanda Brosky. Crafts, Chain saw carver, Tom Hritz, blacksmith, ABC Humane Animal trapping,North Central WV Trappers Association, Angels R Designs, lulaRoe, Ramp and dandelion wine tasting, Pat’s ramp butter and Dash 0 Ramps, Ramp t-shirts and caps, DAR will be collecting for Wreaths Across America.
Food includes: Breakfast by Diane. Beer battered deep fried ramps, ramp salad, Mason-Dixon Dogs(cheese, chili, coleslaw, sauerkraut, onions, ramps) fried potatoes and ramps, ramp potato soup, cornbread( homemade butter) and soup beans, macaroni salad, Uncle Jim’s donuts, funnel cakes, Statlers baked goods, salt rising bread, pies,cookies, Sonny’s peppers, Rozy’s peppers, fresh ramps on tables, honey, Margaret’s jams and jellies, sassafras tea, sweet sausage sandwiches. Veterans and spouse eat and drink free at the Pavilion both days.
Directions: Take 1-79 to exit 1 Mt. Morris, PA to Buckeye Rd to Creek Rd, 1/2 mile to Mason-Dixon Park, PA.
